ALL tools that you need for installation are included in the delivery package.
2) WHAT IF THE THROTTLE CABLE DOESN’T FIT?
There is two different type of cable connections:
– Threaded connector type mainly for Yamaha, Honda, KTM
– Non-threaded connector type for Can Am, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Cannondale
For an easy fix you can remove the existing cable adjuster bolts and put a M10-1.25 adjuster with a slack on it which is available at Motion Pro.

– Can Am, Kawasaki, Cannondale, You can have a throttle cable made by Motion Pro They have our throttle specification and they can get it done for you. Cost $50-$60
Find your ATV’s make/model/year on this chart to find which Urmosi throttle is right for you.
3) HOW DO I FIX A THROTTLE CABLE THAT IS TOO LONG?
We recommend our cable adapter, especially for two-stroke Honda and Yamaha, and two-stroke dirt bikes.
Most ATVs have cable adjustments options by the air intake. Be warned that manufacturers are doing a great job of hiding the adjuster with a big rubber cover, which needs to be removed for any adjustments.
The Yamaha YFZ 450 And Raptor 700 cable can be adjusted at the intake with some time and effort, but we recommend our cable adapter for ease.
If necessary, you can try ordering a custom throttle cable from a cable specialist (for example, Motion Pro).
4) WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT CABLE CONNECTIONS?
Urmosi throttles are available with two different cable connecting types.
TR – Has a thread for a cable adjuster knob, Size M10-1.25
NT – Has a U shape to fit your ATV throttle cable. For LTR450 the OEM 2009 throttle cable is converting the NT in to TR which is a direct fits to any of our Thumb Throttle. Motion Pro Part#04-0303
5) CAN YOU HELP ME WITH MY KAWASAKI KFX 450?
This model has the reverse switch mounted on the throttle handle bar clamp. Keep the clamp and install your Urmosi throttle with your existing handlebar clamp.
6) WHY IS MY THROTTLE LEVER MOVING SLIGHTLY?
After every adjustment, use Loctite.
Make sure both set screws are tight. If necessary, you can replace the original set screws with black-point set screws.
Make sure you find your sweet spot before locking down the control lever.
It’s possible your point screws are drilling itself in to the connecting rod. If this is happening, we recommend our Factory Series Throttle. If you received a damaged connecting rod, please contact us for a replacement.
7) CAN I USE URMOSI THROTTLES ON MY DIRT BIKE?

If you have single throttle cable, Urmosi is an easy fit for you.
