The 720SBC uses a universal clamp design. By changing the lower adapter, the same clamp can be moved between many different machines instead of replacing the complete system.
Compatible applications include KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas, Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Sherco, Beta, Rieju, Yamaha sport ATVs, other compatible ATV applications and select Adventure motorcycles.
- Adjustable Stiffness
The 720SBC allows you to tune how much movement the system has.
The elastomer setup can be changed, and the supplied adjustable spacer can also be used to make the upper clamp progressively firmer. Using the notch in the spacer, the clamp can be preloaded with a screwdriver to increase stiffness and create a more direct feel.
- Scott’s Steering Stabilizer Setup
Urmosi designed a dedicated mounting plate specifically to integrate a Scott’s steering stabilizer with the 720SBC.
A conventional Scott’s setup can raise the handlebars by approximately 1 inch. The 720-specific Scott’s plate reduces that added height to approximately 10 mm, helping keep the riding position much closer to stock while still allowing you to run the stabilizer with the 720SBC.
The plate is designed specifically around the 720 system and does not work as a standalone Scott’s mounting plate with a standard bar clamp.
The Scott’s setup uses a dedicated 720 clamp configuration and requires the correct modified 720SBC when ordered.
- Adventure Mount
The optional Adventure Mount turns the 720SBC into a modular mounting platform.
Remove the standard upper clamp and bolt the Adventure Mount directly onto the 720 system. The mount uses M6 hardware supplied with the kit, allowing compatible GPS, phone, navigation and accessory mounting plates to be installed directly above the 720SBC.
Think of it as a modular system: the 720 remains underneath while the upper mounting platform can be configured around the equipment you want to carry.
- 720SBC Torque Specifications
For proper installation, torque the main M10 mounting bolts to 20 Nm (15 ft-lb).
Torque the M6 bolts to 12–14 Nm (9–10 ft-lb).
Do not overtighten. Recheck all mounting hardware after the first ride and periodically during normal maintenance.
