The Original Urmosi ATV Thumb Throttle was designed to give riders the comfort, adjustability and precise control missing from a traditional fixed-position throttle.
Adjust the thumb lever up, down, backward or forward to create a position that works naturally with your hand size and riding style. Three tool-free adjustments make fine-tuning easy, while the unique thumb grip and easy-pull action help create a comfortable, responsive connection to your ATV.
Whether you’re trail riding, racing or setting up a youth ATV, the Original lets the throttle adapt to the rider instead of making the rider adapt to the throttle.

Adjust the Throttle to the Rider
Hand size and riding position shouldn’t determine whether an ATV throttle is comfortable.
The Original’s adjustable design makes it particularly useful for riders who struggle with the reach or positioning of a traditional fixed throttle. Move the lever into a more natural position and lock it down once you’ve found the setup that works for you.
That adjustability can be especially beneficial for younger riders and riders with smaller hands who may otherwise have difficulty comfortably reaching a conventional thumb throttle.
Smooth, Precise Operation
Inside the throttle, dual needle bearings provide smooth movement while the sealed shaft design helps protect the mechanism from dust and debris. An upgraded internal cable lever further improves operation, creating an easy, responsive throttle action.
The body is CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum and finished with Urmosi’s wear-resistant DiamonDyze coating for durability in demanding off-road conditions.
From youth machines to race quads, the Original Urmosi ATV Throttle gives the rider something a standard throttle can’t: the ability to make the throttle fit them.
IMPORTANT: Apply Blue Loctite to the shaft bolt where the cable lever connects to the stainless-steel shaft. This helps prevent the bolt from loosening from vibration and repeated throttle movement. Do not install dry.
